Very soon the BPO employees would be able to work from their residence. You must be thinking that I am joking. Well I am serious about this comment. Still don’t believe me. Well let me explain this to you.

It is believed that this technology would allow a BPO company to become more productive and cost efficient. This new technology is still under development and is also undergoing various tests and trials so as to meet the expectations of the ever growing BPO Industry. According to the industry experts, this revolutionary new concept would change the face of the industry and would also simplify the entire process such as customer care services, inbound call center services and outbound call center services. Every BPO companies on the globe are eagerly waiting for this new technology.
I personally believe that this new technology would kick start a new concept that would be referred as ‘Home Based BPO’. Now you can work from the comfort of your home.
